[sdcc-devel]removing ds390 polutions from mcs51 and pic port

I want to make the OPT_DISABLE_<target> work again.

But there are still references to model-flat24 and stack-10bit in mcs51 and
pic port. These are causing problems if e.g. the ds390 port is disabled. Is
it possible for them to be removed? I can do that but only if agreed by
resp. Sandeep and Scott.
