sdcdb-readline-v2.patch: 
 ========================
 sdcc patch. adds gnu readline support to sdcdb. this
means you get editing support, history, and TAB
completion for the debugger input.
 
 some notes:
 	1) i did not add readline check to the configure script.
 	2) i used version 2.4.0 and CVS snapshot from 17/04/2005.
 	3) please apply the patch before running configure.

 this is the list of completions currently implemented: 
	<TAB> - complete debugger command
(continue/delete/disassemble/etc.)
	info <TAB> - complete
break/stack/frame/registers/all-registers
	show <TAB> - complete copying/warranty
	ls <TAB> - complete v1/v2
	lf <TAB> -        "
	lm <TAB> -        "
	source <TAB> - complete file name
	file <TAB> -          "
	condition <TAB> - complete breakpoint number from
breakpoint list
	commands <TAB> -      "
	delete <TAB> -        "
	undisplay <TAB> - complete display number
	ptype <TAB> - complete symbols name
	output <TAB> -    "
	print  <TAB> -    "
	display  <TAB> -  "
	break <TAB> - complete function name
	tbreak <TAB> -      "
	clear <TAB> -       "
	list <TAB> -        "
	set <TAB> - complete srcmode/listsize/variable/debug
(debug only ifdef SDCDB_DEBUG)
