Hi Borut

I didn't make any changes to sdccman.lyx yet.  Editing it by hand sounds 
very tempting, but either a viewer or converter is required to see the 
results.  The lyx format is not latex, that is why latex importers don't 
work.  Anybody here has experience with OpenOffice?  That may be an 
alternative to lyx.
