[Sdcc-user] SDCC Compiler - getting started

We have downloaded and installed the SDCC compiler.  I am a bit =
confused.  Until now, we have been using the Microsoft Visual C++ =
development environment to program.  When we open up the SDCC program, I =
do not see such an environment to program in.  I noticed in the manual =
to compile a single source file program, the command "SDCC sourcefile.c =
must be used.  Where do we enter this command, what editor do we use =
(Microsoft C++, notepad)?  How do we include the mmcs51 command into our =
program(#include <mmcs51.h>)?  Please clear these issues up so we can =
start compiling our program.
