Hi SDCC gurus, I have picked up a small problem compiling the attached piece of code. I have stripped this down as far as possible from the full module, if I leave anything more out the error doesn't happen. I am writing a basic little RAM test program to write some test data into an external 62256 and give some feedback on an attached LCD if that helps understand what the attached code is taken from. The environment: Windoze '98 sdcc -v gives: SDCC : mcs51/gbz80/z80/avr/ds390/pic14/TININative/xa51/ds400 2.3.5 (May 2 2003) (MINGW32) My environment has c:\sdcc\bin in the path and also: SDCC_INCLUDE=c:\sdcc\include SDCC_LIB=c:\sdcc\lib So the compile command is simply: sdcc bugcheck.c The output: bugcheck.c:40:1: warning no newline at end of file (obviously not a problem) Assertion failed: 0, file gen.c line 3955 abnormal program termination Caught signal 22: SIGABRT Hopefully this is sufficient data for you guys to check whether you get the problem as well Regards Neil |
