Hello.
I am trying to SBToolbox2 to export txt to sbml.
For this, I downloaded libsbml-5.6.0-libxml2-snowleopoard.pkg and installed it. Now it is installed in user/local/lib.
Next, I added path in Matlab by suing
addpath('/usr/local/lib');
Next, I installed SBML toolbox 4.1.0 and the following error occurred. Is there any reason why this occurs?
Installing the SBMLToolbox.
* Doing preliminary checks of runtime environment ...
- This appears to be MATLAB and not Octave.
- MATLAB reports the OS is 64-bit MacOS.

This can occur if you are not running MATLAB as an administrator. The
savepath command fails.
A useful test script is attached below. This provides more information
about what is working and what is not.

I'm leaving this open as it is less than a year old but without further comment by the reporter it is difficult to assess the problem.

This is now over a year old with no response so I'm closing it.
