#420 Macro validation when inside a sequence.

This was requested by Konstantin Klementiev (see internal Alba's ticket RT#15420).

It would be nice to check the validity of the macros in the body of a sequence. For example, a motor may be in OFF state and you discover this in the middle of a sequence, or a directory does not exist and you discover this at the end of a sequence.

It is even possible that some implementation is already done, and that dummy (always true) validators are used (not too sure if we actually implemented them or not).
