[rox-devel] Mem on Solaris and a filer patch

I've updated Mem so it can display swap usage under Solaris.

I've also modified today's snapshot to support the selection of the size of
file icons in the menus, for both the "New file" and "Send to" menus (choice
of none, small or large).
