[rox-users] New web site registrations

The new web-site is coming along nicely:

SF have fixed the email problem, so registration is now automatic (may
take up to one hour for the email to arrive).

Ken, Stephen and I have moved many of the pages over, but I don't want
anyone to feel we're hogging all the fun - feel free to help out (and
correct any errors you find).

If it says permission denied when you try something you think should
work then please either leave a comment saying what needs to be
changed, or complain to me that you should have access.

Software and theme authors can add their stuff here:

You don't need to add it manually to the software index or to the
theme gallery. Just give it the correct categories and it will appear
in the right places automatically.
