Greets. I've never used either Archive or Memo till yesterday. I had upgraded gtk+ from 2.4 to 2.6 and also upgraded pygtk, and figured I'd give these two little apps a whirl. Specfically the versions of stuff I have are: gtk+-2.6.7 Python-2.3.4 pygtk-2.6.1 rox-lib-2.0.0 archive-1.9.5 Memo-1.9.5 ROX-Filer-2.2.0 ROX-Session-0.1.24 All of this is on a home-grown RPM-based LFS x86 Linux box. Just a few warnings when using Archive and Memo (one of which is coming from ROX-Lib); these are as seen by ROX-Session (hence the time stamps). Comments preceeded by hashes. Archive: # when archiving or extracting Mon May 9 11:28:40 2005 /usr/lib/ROX-Lib2/python/rox/processes.py:165: GtkDeprecationWarning: gtk.i= nput_remove is deprecated, use gobject.source_remove instead g.input_remove(self.tag) # when changing the name/path of an archive to create Mon May 9 11:32:24 2005 Traceback (most recent call last): File "/home/kw/.apps/archive-1.9.5/Archive/box.py", line 109, in name_cha= nged self.operation.set_history(i) AttributeError: 'gtk.ComboBox' object has no attribute 'set_history' Memo: # when starting it Tue May 10 11:11:38 2005 /home/kw/.apps/Memo-1.9.5/Memo/Window.py:80: GtkDeprecationWarning: gtk.tim= eout_add is deprecated, use gobject.timeout_add instead g.timeout_add(10000, self.update) # Update clock I guess the stuff I updated to is too recent. :) --=20 KW SA KI NJ USA GPG: 0xEC705AE9 I put the sh in IT. |
