It's not just my ISP, which generally works pretty well, (94k bonded w/2 modems.) It's also the phone lines in general. A side effect of living out in the boonies I guess. Due to the original phone company's method of installing service out here way back when, it's not considered 'in the best interest of the current phone service to upgrade.' The downside for me, this makes it rather difficult to download much without using some type of download manager which can resume and reset itself if the download stalls.
