Place the following in your $HOME/.gtkrc-2.0 if it doesn't exist, then create one. Substitute your preferred color value. You can also use the alternate style which is in a commented line in the segment below. ---- cut here ---- style "rox" = "default" { bg[NORMAL] = "#8bbee5" #bg[NORMAL] = { 0.616, 0.725, 0.784 } bg[ACTIVE] = "#8bbee5" } widget_class "*Collection*" style "rox" ---- to here ---- You can add other gtk items such as SELECTED, INSENSITIVE, bg_pixmap[NORMAL] as well. -- Cheers, Mike T.
