Alright Dustin, I think I can make the change. However, I never looked at the previous files that were downloaded, and don't know what they looked like. Could you look at http://geonames.usgs.gov/docs/stategaz/ID_Features_20080815.zip and tell me if it looks like what we'd expect ID_DECI.zip to look like? If so, then I'll continue. Thanks!
