[rdesktop-devel] Microsoft protocols opened

Microsoft announced an initiative to increase competitor interoperability with their technologies. As a result they have opened all their software protocols used in their highly-successful products, including the remote desktop protocol.

It appears all the specifications for the RDP protocol are now on MSDN and free for open source developers to use.

The implementation of the RDP 6 protocol in rdesktop appears rather straightforward now? :-)
