Any drive (including USB flash) should already work. Does
the -r disk: option not work for you?
I'm not sure if Windows supports redirecting arbitrary
devices - the protocol could potentially support it, but
that isn't the same as Windows Terminal Services
implementing it.

As RDP supposedly supports local disk use it would be a good thing if at least local USB disks are automagically redirected...
