One slight problem: the usage line doesn't magically change .py to .exe:

c:\>uloop3.exe --help
usage: uloop3.py [options]

Might be worth mentioning somewhere.
http://www.python.org/doc/lib/optparse-generating-help.html shows
usage = "usage: %prog [options] arg1 arg2"

Guessing it wouldn't be to hard to tweak that.
