Hi, I am having a problem with a py2exe'd version of my application using amara. FtWarning: Catalog resource (file:///C:/Python24/Share/Amara/default.cat) disabled: Error retrieving resource 'file:///C:/Python24/Share/Amara/default.cat (C:\\Python24\\Share\\Amara\\default.cat)': [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'C:\\Python24\\Share\\Amara\\default.cat' Where should the "default.cat" file be put when using py2exe? Should it be within the application directory? Is there some special setting or something I have to do to tell the amara were to find it? According to an amara receipe I use the following special import which in turn import py2exe. from Ft.Lib.DistExt import Py2Exe I can create an XML document with amara, but then when I try to import an XML I get the error. Having looked around there are quite a few files in "C:/Python24/Share/Amara" which I assume should get included in the py2exe version, not a problem with that, but then how do I tell amara were it finds this? Looking at the Share/Amara folder content I assume I can use the one from my machine. Found a __config__.py under FT which contains variables pointing to the above folder. I guess the question is: What is the correct way of overriding these settings when one uses py2exe? Any pointers for this would be very welcome. Werner |
