I was trying to get another program of mine to compile into an .exe using py2exe, and it kept crashing without any debug output in the .log file. I figured out that it was crashing on the call to the cmd.Cmd.cmdloop(), so I tried the following simple example program. It still crashes when I set 'bundle_files':1 in the setup.py script but it runs fine when I comment that out or set 'bundle_files':2. Is this a known bug? import cmd class HelloWorld(cmd.Cmd): """Simple command processor example.""" def do_greet(self, line): print "hello" def do_EOF(self, line): return True if __name__ == '__main__': HelloWorld().cmdloop() |
