[Py2exe-users] Trouble packaging Google protocol buffers

Hello.

I'm having trouble using Google's protocol buffers in a py2exe  
application. The problem seems to be that this is an egg package. From http://www.py2exe.org/index.cgi/ExeWithEggs 
  I've done the first step, which is running setup.py with install_lib/ 
data/scripts instead of the defailt.

However, I don't understand at all the second step about namespaced  
packages. Basically: what should be __name__, what should be __path__,  
and where am I supposed to put these lines of code?

Coming out of the blue these instructions don't explain anything to me.
