1) portablegaim.sourceforge.net should redirect to
http://johnhaller.com/jh/useful_stuff/portable_gaim/
instead of
http://johnhaller.com/jh/development/portable_apps/

2) There should be localized project pages and
downloads, too.

I would love to translate them to german.
