Log Message:
Check-in png files for each of the x??c demos.  These files were generated
by plplot-test.sh --driver=png, and collected, distributed to the demo
directories, and renamed appropriately by the collect.sh script (written by
AWI, and at some point to be generalized so it can be put into CVS.) x14c
and x17c are ignored by plplot-test.sh.  For those interactive cases,
screen-shots were taken and put into the appropriate directories by hand.
