Don, The build stage shows an architecture mismatch: ld: warning: ignoring file ../bindings/c++/libplplotcxx.12.0.0.dylib, file was built for x86_64 which is not the architecture being linked (i386) Somehow you’ve got some i386 (32bit) libraries being linked to x86_64 (64bit) ones.
