[Plplot-general] cairo drivers working? -- workaround

Hello Again,

Following this nice thread:

I found I could avoid the runtime crash in the cairo drivers by  
issuing a
call plend1

instead of
call plend

when switching from the png to pdfcairo drivers.

And I think I understand now why the psc output appears different. The  
second driver I call inherits the state leftover from the previous  
calls. ...

Developers, thanks for all your work on this great package, especially  
the wide range of language bindings and drivers.
