That said, I found that pltcl.exe relies on a bunch of DLLs (plplotd.dll, plplottcltkd.dll, tcl84.dll) and that plplotd.dll requires csirocsa.dll. After copying all of these into the proper directory (extending a lengthy path in Windows is a real pain!) it finally worked. Well, it complains about the initialisation scripts for Tcl now ;) I did not have time this morning to solve that last bit, but I am confident that things will be running smoothly soon. This has made it clear to me that simply building the tests is not enough: right now I always need to copy a few files or adjust the environment a bit before I can run the examples. So: - Is there a special target in the makefiles that allows this to be done smoother? Like: make test - Is a post-build step a solution? Just copy the various files in the right directories, so that the examples can be run? Just thinking out loud here - I can probably add a post-build step myself. Regards, Arjen |
