[Plplot-devel] 5.6.0 release timing

Hello,

I plan to generate the final release tomorrow afternoon, say 6PM  
Eastern Standard Time. I'll upload it to the usual place, and if  
everyone is happy then I will put it up on Sourceforge (probably  
Tuesday night).

If there is some critical and as yet unresolved issue that means that  
I should wait, please let me know.
