Markus Eich did the original port of DP-SLAM to Player/Stage. I got these three files from him: CMakeLists.txt ThisRobot.cpp ThisRobot.h I modified them and modified some additional files. Attached please find the tar file that has the relevant files that you need. Note that Markus's CMakeLists.txt file assumes that you move all *.c files in the DP-SLAM program to *.cpp. I discovered that running the hierarchical SLAM (a feature of DP-SLAM) in real-time is not feasible, as the high-level SLAM process would take too long. Hope this helps. Tina Liang -----Original Message----- From: RobinHOODZLP [mailto:zen...@go...] Sent: Tuesday, February 23, 2010 6:25 PM To: pla...@li... Subject: [Playerstage-users] SLAM for player/stage simulations I am currently trying to implemnt certain grid-based particle SLAM for player/Stage simulations. I feel I should start with porting any open souce codes such as DP-SLAM to see how they works. I have downloaded codes for Dp-SLAM and GSLAM, but I have no idea how to port them to Player/Stage. Has anyone done that before? Can you please share your experience and teach me how to do that? Thank you. -- View this message in context: http://old.nabble.com/SLAM-for-player-stage-simulations-tp27712938p27712938. html Sent from the playerstage-users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- -- Download Intel® Parallel Studio Eval Try the new software tools for yourself.
