Bounding boxes are there to let you see what's happening more accurately.
They are bounding the actual physical entities. The box of the wheel should
not cross the box of the ramp (that pink line).

can you try with an smaller stepTime? The simulation will be much slower but
may avoid that problem.
In any way, please report your results.
