Hi. Sometimes while my robot is running I need to set the odometry but I have two problems. 1. I need do a Read bucle at least for 5 times until the value change. Can this change be faster? 2. When the odometry change the value isn't correct. I were playing with the source code of player and I saw that the change in the odometry is doing on player using an offset and geometric changes. The problem in the precision of the odometry is because that change with sins and cousins so. exists another form to set the odometry with more precision.
