Cannot reproduce the problem on the demo server, exactly as you are describing. Clicking on Go four times next to "Add 1 columns" adds four rows so I'm able to describe more columns.

Hi - I have a similar problem, of javascript rendering phpmyadmin unusable. I'm also running nginx, with phpMyAdmin 4.0.2. I had phpMyAdmin working correctly a few days ago, but after monkeying with things to get my mail server working, now PMA's login screen isn't displaying the login form, and is showing javascript errors.

I'm racking my brain for how I could have affected this but I'm really not sure what this could be. I've tried clicking on each javascript file, and they load correctly in my browser, so it's not a missing resource. Any ideas of what I might try to troubleshoot this?

Thanks so much :) PMA rocks! :D
