JavaScript will cause phpmyadmin can not be used
we can not create table, because the form could not be display correct.
my environment PHP 5.4.13 + MySQL 5.5.30 + nginx
It should have 10 rows in this form , i want to create a table with 10 cols.
but you see on the screen capture, there not .
and there no submit button. so we could not finish the create progress.
you may try it on PHP 5.4.13 , should be reproduce every times.

Yes, I tested this with PHP 5.4.13.

i do not know the configure and environment on demo server.
i can only know it did not working on our environment.
i install phpmyadmin on fresh install CentOS 5.9
with Nginx 1.2.7 + PHP 5.4.13 + MariaDB 5.5.30, the phpmyadmin source is
download from sourceforge.net, fresh download without any changes.
i tried many times before i post issue .
reinstall os, reinstall php runtime.
but the phpmyadmin did not working .

Ok. Sorry, I have to close this because it must be related to your environment. Version 3.5.7 was downloaded 286 000 times and we got no such error report.

This is an screen capture, it show the create table blank. no way to use it create the table.
I am sure this is a bug . because i am testing under both IE8, chrome, Firefox browser. every browser could not display the right form.
phpMyAdmin 4.0.0 Beta 3 got these problem too.

I can reproduce this problem in demo server.
try to create table with 1 column.
then click add 1 , add 1 add 1 , add 1 on top.
the form did not run as we expect.
