It sounds a lot like a skinned version of PearPC to me. Until I have a 
chance to test it without forking out 50 bucks, I'm going to say 
"vaporware" or maybe "piggybackware" if it's roots lie in PearPC.

I work for the Dutch language editions of PC Magazine and ZDNet, so I 
might be able to get my hands on an advanced press copy. I'll post here 
again if I get more info!
