[Pdfedit-devel] new branch announcement

as i mentioned earlier, i have ported kernel to windows..
you can compile and run kernel tests (means compiling xpdf, utils, tests). =
you can even debug them in a beautiful windows debugger.

i will create a new branch and put all the changes there.
