#200 Ubuntu package for foam-3 precise misses lnInclude-directories

When the precise-package of foam-3 is installed in the subdirectories of $FOAM_SRC no lnInclude-directories are present. To be able to compile software first

sudo wmakeAllLnInclude $FOAM_SRC

has to be done

I'd suggest to either
- package the symlinks
- run that command at the end of the installation (I guess deb should allow post-install scripts)

If a post-install script should be used, then also a pre-rm script is needed in order to delete the symlinks and corresponding directories before the debian package is removed from the system.

If sudo wmakeAllLnInclude $FOAM_SRC is executed by the user, the generated files and directories will remain also after removing the debian package.
