#121 edgeCorrectedVolPointInterpolation class no longer works

edgeCorrectedVolPointInterpolation class no longer works because it is derived from volPointInterpolation which changed in 1.6-ext.

The edgeCorrectedVolPointInterpolation class is probably only used by solidMechanics moving mesh solvers.
I copied the code out of the edgeCorrectedVolPointInterpolation class into my solver as a workaround.
