Summary: System Path registry entry changed to REG_SZ

Initial Comment:
Installation of the (latest) version 1.4.0.1 changes the Path registry key type from REG_EXPAND_SZ  to REG_SZ.
This causes cmd.exe not to recognize %SystemRoot% after you rebootet.

for example xcopy doesn't work anymore from the command line. ( It still works from the run menu).

solution is to copy the path value, then delete the key, create a new key of type REG_EXPAND_SZ, and copy your path value to it. Restart PC.
