Initial Comment:
I created an empty class library project and added 
reference to COM Microsoft Excel 11.0 Object Library.

The corresponding minimal project is attached as a .zip.

Visual Studio compiles the project without any problems,
but NANT can't:

This is now fixed in cvs. I'll upload a new nightly build later 
today.
