Bugs item #1175019, was opened at 2005-04-01 15:06 Message generated for change (Comment added) made by abolourian You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=402868&aid=1175019&group_id=31650 Category: Tasks Group: 0.85 Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 7 Submitted By: Ali Bolourian (abolourian) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: solution task ignores CopyLocal field of reference. Initial Comment: When using solution task, I noticed that apparently assemblies that are not in GAC and have CopyLocal attribute to false in projects of solution, are being copied to output directory of the projects that are referring to them regardless. Usually build machine doesn't (and shouldn't) have any particular software intstalled and have those assemblies in GAC, so CopyLocal attribute shouldn't be ignored whatsoever. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Ali Bolourian (abolourian) Date: 2005-04-04 11:57 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=921564 Ok Gert, I tested this with VS.NET too and it has the same behavior. So I guess what NAnt does is Ok. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Gert Driesen (drieseng) Date: 2005-04-02 01:57 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=707851 A small VS.NET solution (including project(s) and source) that allows me to reproduce this issue. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Ali Bolourian (abolourian) Date: 2005-04-02 01:02 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=921564 I tried this with both 0.85-rc2 and latest nightly build (Mar 30, 2005). What do you mean by small repro? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Gert Driesen (drieseng) Date: 2005-04-01 16:06 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=707851 Ali, what version of NAnt are you using ?
