#433 exporters

During the last few days a folder named "exporters", located within an unnamed folder, appears in my database (see screenshot) almost (When I delete the exporters folder created by the previous session, after I used "export" in the current one, the program starts without the unwanted folders.) every time I start the program, when I used the export feature in the previous session.

This causes the My Cards window to show no cards.
The db still works fine. Adding cards from the "MTG Database" works.

When I hover over the orange exclamation mark it tells me that my cards (9408 which is the number of unique cards in my db) are hidden, and I have to change my filter settings to see them. (I dont't have any custom filters set.)

After deleting the folders the "My Cards" window shows the cards again.
When I tested it to write this report a folder named filter or filters that could be related to my clicking the exclamation mark for the first time.

Yeah empty exported folder its a bug I introduced laterly. Just ignore it for now, I will push update soon.

I am not sure what is the deal with filters, it is probably not related I have to investigae.

empty folders is fixed in 1.4.2.004, the other one I cannot reproduce
please try new version see if this still an issue
