No, Good idea. The fact that A doesn'g have an external IP doesn't matter. Actually it's good from a security stanpoint, you get the content you want from A without exposing it to the outside world. All the client (C) knows about is the external-facing server (B). The reverse-proxying is done transparently; as far as the client on the outside (c) is concerned, the stream is coming from (B).
