[mod-security-users] My nginx with modsecurity_apache2.7.1 does not work well .

      I installed nginx with modsecutity_apache2.7.1 and nginx reverse proxy to the local host,the nginx.conf as follows:
        location / {
                root   html;
                index  index.html index.htm;
                ModSecurityEnabled on;
                ModSecurityConfig   /opt/CoreRuleFile.conf ;
                ModSecurityPass @backend;
        }
         location @backend {
         proxy_pass http://10.108.115.93:8080;
         proxy_read_timeout 180s;
          }

  But when i test my nginx_modsecurity, it can't prevent xss attack! can you give me some guide？
