[mod-security-users] configuring httpd.conf

Hi there,
I've installed mod_security2.5 on fedora 9. the apache version is 2.8.
my problem is:
I dont know what should I add to httpd.conf file to configure apache to work
with mod_security, I 've already added this lines:

LoadModule security2_module modules/mod_security2.so
LoadModule unique_id_module modules/mod_unique_id.so

 but I need to add some cofigurations like "SecFilter Engine On" and etc. ..
to it . when i add SecFilter Engine On and then try to restart the apache,
it says that the sntax is wrong. plz tell what to do to have filtering
features on mod_sec and can view logs?
