#38 Add Netgear MP101 to audio only devices list

Hi Justin,

I see your latest check in handles the Soundbridge as an audio only device. Any chance you can add the Netgear MP101 to the list of audio only devices? I can provide some client headers if you need them, though I guess as a Netgear employee you may be able to get them yourself ;-)
