I have posted an issue on the RedayNAS forum but I didn't get any replies.
This is the posted message:
"I have a friend with a ReadyNAS Ultra 2 and he is using ReadyDLNA.
This friend was complaining that the DLNA server did not expose his complete
music library. So yesterday I upgraded his DLNA server version to the latest
one (1.1.1.2) and the status page shows only 4602 tracks in his library
while he has 14261 tracks. The DLNA server seems to be scanning forever (the
button is grayed out for several days already). Apart from the status page
there is not much feedback from this service. Does anyone know what could be
happening here?"
Could you help me with this?
Thank you,
Pascal

You should check the log file to see if the scan ever finished. If you click the Download All Logs button in the Ultra 2 GUI, you can look in the upnp-av.log file. You may also want to install the toggle addon that enables debug level logging to get more details.
