#230 Build warnings

Hi, building 1.1.2 on MacOSX I see these warnings:

configure.ac:30: warning: The 'AM_PROG_MKDIR_P' macro is deprecated, and its use is discouraged.
Makefile.am:24: warning: source file 'tagutils/textutils.c' is in a subdirectory,
automake: warning: possible forward-incompatibility.
Makefile.am:24: warning: source file 'tagutils/misc.c' is in a subdirectory,
Makefile.am:24: warning: source file 'tagutils/tagutils.c' is in a subdirectory,

Eventually those will go away, whenever I start using a shiny new gettext version. But there's nothing to worry about.
