I have ethernet interfaces in bridge (br0) and when I set network_interface in minidlna.conf to br0 I got a problem because DLNA server disappear every few minutes and appear again.
Workaround is to set network_interface to one of bridged interface (and assign ip to it) and then minidlna work all the time.
Please, let me know if you want more details.
minidlna 1.1.0-3, Arch-Linux 3.10.10-1-ARCH x86_64, Samsung TV C-series

I got the same issue, since I run it on a br2.

    Thanks alot!
first i thought my Problem was something like this:
    https://sourceforge.net/p/minidlna/discussion/879956/thread/7e7f4c2e
(Disappears from Pioneer after 30 mins)

but it turns out, that minidlna does not work reliably on Bridge Interfaces, the Workaround works though.
