Well if you won't (and I can understand why), why don't you
create that MinGW GCC CVS branch? Unless you have some
particular kind of attachment, I think it would be entirely
worthwhile to get the source for MinGW GCC .diff's off your
hard drive, so other people could help with whatever it is
that is necessary to get these things out the door.
If a CVS would be too much work, or unacceptable for some
other reason, why not post the relevant files as-is on
sf or the web somewhere?
I am assuming there is some substancial changes between the
latest 3.2.3 diff and whatever you have on your hard drive.
