#998 Mingw gcc-g++ cannot be downloaded
People can not download Mingw gcc-g++ . There is a problem with the "+" in the name of the file.
More details in the bug that I submitted to sourceforge, since this is an issue common to more than one sourceforge project

David Burley, from Sourceforge, finally told:
"While the character may have functioned in downloads in the past, it was never allowed in the names of downloads. As the project chose to ignore this limitation, its now affecting their end-users. You should contact the project in question and have them rename the release."

And I responded with my piece of mind as well. It is called implementation without proper testing and stubborness on their part. If they would use Open Source it would be fixed already. :) Installer is already patched; we will not be changing filenames.
