Specifically I was trying to refit a Clan Black Hawk with C3. The C3 Slave was to be the only IS part. Lab refused to allow the armor to stay or even reselect Standard Clan armor. This happened both inside MekHQ and in Lab run separately.
Not entirely a bug since clan and IS std armor are the same. This should fix itself once IO has been added to MM. If any of the devs feel that will fix this issue I recommend closing this ticket.
