While experimenting with other bug I think I've noticed issues with both Endo Steel and Endo Composite. Endo Steel is showing as 14 crit slots to place, instead of the 7 it should be also the weights for Endo-Steel is off its calculating as 5% of weight instead of 10%. Endo-Composite is showing as 7 crit to place instead of 4. Both of these are per FM 3145.
Basically these IS are supposed to have half the normal crit slots.
FM 3145 pg 254-255 has the construction stuff for SH Mechs.
Fixed in [r1517].
The biggest change was made to MegaMek, where I updated Endo Steel and Endo Composite to be variable critical equipment, and updated MiscType.getCriticals(Entity) to compute the number of criticals properly.
I also updated MML so that it resets the criticals for internals when the unit is witched between superheavy and not. Without this change, if you added Endo Steel to a non-superheavy, you'd get 14 criticals, and it would state at 14 criticals when you switched to super heavy.
