#1308 Option to see CF on buildings/structures

I realize I can see the CF of a building on a tooltip, but I'd like an option to set up the CF number on the actual hexes as well (directly above the height number?). I use green for my building numbers, so the text REALLY shows up nicely, and I think it would be great if I could change the font color for the CF to show up just as nicely.
